Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Item
Please note that Handmade Dried Flower Greeting Cards are non-returnable under the following conditions:
- Personalized or Custom Orders: Any card that has been customized based on your request.
- Used or Altered Items: If the greeting card has been written on, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Non-Original Packaging: Cards not returned in their original protective packaging.
Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers and the customization of our handmade cards, we are unable to accept returns for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To Complete Your Return
For eligible returns, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
